Confida Leadership
Didem Ertan, CEO of Confida, leads our business development teams and day-to-day operations. She leads business development teams to penetrate into Local, State and Federal agencies in order to introduce Confida MA's geographic information system development capacity to develop custom software solutions addressing transactional and decision-support based business systems, and to solicit for Asset Management, Field Mobility Management and Decision Support Systems with GIS components within the new vision of Confida MA.
Kelami, Chief Technology Officer, leads our Business Intelligence and Software Development practices. He has been instrumental in leading Confida's product development efforts. He has many years of experience consulting with Fortune 500 companies to identify and implement strategic business opportunities. His work in the field of strategic planning covers many industries including financial services, telecommunications, consumer goods, high technology and insurance.
In addition, while at Symmetrix (a management consulting firm serving Fortune 500 companies), he provided broad-based reengineering and turnaround consulting services to clients. Previous to that, Kelami worked in the strategic planning unit of Braun Inc., a division of the Gillette Company.
He is a masters-level graduate of both the School of Business and the School of Engineering and Applied Sciences at Columbia University; he earned his undergraduate degree in Management Engineering from Istanbul Technical University.
Yavuz Selim Gul is a Senior Consultant at Confida, responsible for overseeing federal contract acquisition and strategic business development. With over 20 years of experience in information technologies, geographic information systems (GIS), and project management, he brings extensive expertise in navigating federal procurement processes and securing government contracts.
A NATO veteran, Yavuz has successfully led large-scale technology initiatives, working with various organizations to implement process improvement strategies and digital transformation solutions. His deep understanding of federal contracting, compliance, and business intelligence enables Confida to expand its presence in federal, state, and local government sectors.
Yavuz also plays a critical role in identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with government agencies, and ensuring that Confida's capabilities are leveraged effectively in federal procurement.
